This package is designed for a short ceremony and light celebration.
It does not include a full wedding reception, seated dinner or catering service.
Many couples choose to hold their official ceremony at Lone Pine Estate and continue their celebration later at a restaurant or separate reception venue.
Photographer: who will capture our day and can we see examples?
We work with two trusted professional photographers.
Portfolio links will be shared after booking so you can choose the style that resonates with you.
Can we bring our own food/snacks for guests?
Yes. Light snacks such as finger food and canapés, as well as drinks, are welcome.
Do we need to allow an arrival window for guests? What’s the ideal timeline?
Yes, we strongly recommend leaving a 30-minute arrival window for guests, as very few people arrive exactly on time.
This ensures everything flows smoothly and without stress.
How early should we arrive?
We recommend that the bride and groom arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony.
This allows time to settle in, relax, and enjoy the moment before everything begins.
Can we bring our own staff / waiters?
Yes. You are welcome to bring your own waitstaff or service team if needed.
While we do not provide waitstaff as part of this package, we are happy to assist with simple hosting touches such as slicing the cake and pouring drinks for your guests.
Can we bring a second photographer or videographer?
Of course — additional photographers or videographers are welcome.
