Will someone from Lone Pine Estate be on-site during our event?
Yes. Your event will be owner-supervised, alongside our Venue Manager, to oversee the estate, assist with venue logistics, and ensure timings and venue rules are followed. This is venue supervision, not full wedding planning or coordination.
Can we have our ceremony and reception in different areas on the estate?
Yes , that’s one of the benefits of Lone Pine Estate. Most couples move between ceremony, cocktail hour and reception spaces to create a beautiful flow.
Do you have a space for getting ready?
Yes, we offer a private room (Bridal Room) for touch-ups and a quiet moment before the ceremony.
Do you provide tables and chairs?
Yes, we can provide tables and guest seating upon request (and assist with basic layout). Linen and styling can be arranged via your vendor team if desired.
Can we choose our own suppliers?
Yes, absolutely, that’s one of the advantages of Lone Pine Estate. We don’t require you to use specific vendors, so you’re welcome to choose any suppliers you love. If helpful, we can also share our trusted supplier list - experienced professionals who know the estate well and consistently deliver a high standard.
Do you have parking, and how many cars can it fit?
Yes, absolutely. We have a large on-site guest car park with space for up to 75 vehicles, and parking is complimentary.
Can we bring our own drinks (BYO)?
Yes - BYO is welcome, and we do not charge corkage fee. We simply ask that all rubbish is removed at the end of your booking.
Are you pet-friendly?
Yes - pets are welcome. We just ask that they remain on a leash and are supervised at all times.
